Today we will enjoy a delicious bar of Grenada Chocolate in tribute to Mott Green, founder of Grenada Chocolate and a true pioneer in the sustainable organic bean-to-bar chocolate movement. Mott passed away unexpectedly and our hearts go out to his family and friends. Thanks for paving the way, Mott!

I had a nice visit from Ava and Sterling, elementary students at The Children's House. They learned about chocolate making from the bean and helped with this batch of Peruvian 55% which they will share at next week's Cultural Fair. So fun!!
